Project SummaryEmploys and trains the disabled in Vietnam with professional photography editing skills for the global real estate businesses.
ProblemEmployment of people with disabilities (PwDs) in Vietnam and overall has received mixed success. Those with skills are not able to land a job offer or perform at work because the professional environment is not built by them and for them.
SolutionWe employ PwDs to compete globally in pricing and service quality at photography and video editing service. Our competitive advantage consists of three key components, where we have demonstrated proof of concept so far:
- a focus on customer service and delivery faster than market average turnaround
- extremely short yet effective training cycle of our PwD staff due to a strong long-term partnership with multiple non-profits and training programs focused on PwDs
- building an empowering workplace where PwDs feel encouraged to give their best and outperform their 'normal' counterparts.
