Young is the Director for the Seoul Social Economy Network. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Korean Local Governments for Social Economy and Solidarity, a network organization of local governments in Korea. As an experienced researcher, he has helped a number of social economy initiatives of local governments in Korea. He was formerly a Senior Researcher at the CSR Center of KAIST Business School and the Director of Seed:s.
