Siddhi Lad is the AVP & Head - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Operations at DHFL (Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited). She has been instrumental in conceptualising, designing and implementing DHFL CSR programmes.
DHFL Changing Lives Foundation, is spearheaded by Siddhi, as its Chief Operating Officer. She has been instrumental in the formation and setting up of the Foundation; with Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) as the mainstay programme in its developmental agenda.
The outreach of Project Sneh covers 3500+ Anganwadi (courtyard) centres impacting 150,000+ children, women & adolescent girls in the states of Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh in India. This programme has featured as a ‘best practice’ in the Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Maharashtra’s mobile application.
DHFL’s CSR programmes under skills development, financial literacy and rural development have also been recognized in different forums.
With over two decades of experience, Siddhi has been an active participant in various CSR forums and events, including the India CSR Summit(s), AVPN Conference(s), and Salzburg Global Seminar. She was recently felicitated at the APJ Kalam FUEL Fellows Convocation, Leadership Awards and Future Skills Conclave for her outstanding contribution in the field of future skills, education and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She is also a part of the core cohort working with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra’s office- Sahabhag CSR Cell, for enhancing and ensuring continuum of quality ECCE in Palghar district of Maharashtra.
Siddhi has participated in the Executive Development Programme on ‘Creating Value through CSR’ at ISB. Hyderabad in September 2016, in the Executive Education Programme on ‘Financial Analysis of Business’ at IIM Ahmedabad in September 2017 and CII Certified Sustainability Assessor Programme in 2018.
She has recently completed a basic course in archery and envisages pursuing this personal interest on a long term basis.
