Maral Dipodiputro (CEO and Co-Founder) begins her career as a corporate lawyer in one of the largest international and top 3 law firm in Indonesia, Allen & Overy. Her time in the corporate scene allow her to be able to develop strategies and analyze potential for commercial growth. She then decides to leave the corporate career to work in Pokja Papua, a task force under the President of the Republic of Indonesia, in charge of overseeing development projects in the marginalized areas in Indonesia, mainly in the eastern part of Indonesia. From Pokja Papua she obtains the ability to approach, work together, and develop program for and with communities. These experiences equipped her with strong network and ability to work closely with government, private sectors, and local communities.

She graduated from top university in Indonesia, Univesitas Gadjah Mada, with magna cum laude majoring in Business Law. She recently graduated from Binus Business School taking MBA (Marketing), graduated with cum laude.
