Fitria Werdiningsih is the program manager of LAWE, a community social enterprise whose mission is to empower women through the conservation of local traditions.
Joining Lawe since December 2006, Fitria was the program officer to handle economy recovery program after earthquake strike Yogyakarta. In 2010, Fitria transferred to Lawe business unit section ast he business unit manager to supervised both production and marketing process and become the representative of Lawe in every trade show Lawe participate both national or international trade show.
In February 2018, Fitria back to the program section of Lawe and become the program manager and handle the collaboration program with the Hiroshima University of Economics who runs their social program in Yogyakarta and also the representative of Lawe in collaboration with The Blessing Basket Project from United States of America.
Fitria also become a guest lecture for Creativepreneur subject in Gadjah Mada University (Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Engineering) and Duta Wacana Christian University (Faculty of Design and Architecture), which is and extended program of Lawe to share with the students how to become an entrepreneur with a creating a locally resource with modern taste of products.
She also serves as ILO-SCORE Program Coach for micro and small enterprises in Indonesia together with BEDO – Business and Export Development Organization based in Bali.
Fitria studied in Communication Science in Faculty of Social and Political Science of Universitas Gadjah Mada. But destiny brought her to active in a volunteer works of an environmental education for children and various humanitarian works on disaster area in Indonesia with children and logistic specialty.
