Belinda Chng is director for policy and programs at the Milken Institute Asia Center based in Singapore. She oversees the Center’s research programs, outputs and knowledge partnerships, including the Financial Innovations Lab, which explores complex policy challenges such as financing for public health and infrastructure, for which capital markets innovations could help increase the flow of funds, but which require solutions tailored to the idiosyncratic needs of non-standard, non-traditional markets.

Previously, Chng was policy advisor to the Policy Support Unit, a research arm of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. She is a graduate of the Australian National University and has a MSc (International Relations) from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
