Aditi is on a mission to create more accountability in the development sector. Currently, she advises the HRH Prince Charles founded British Asian Trust on innovative financing options for development solutions. In addition to providing guidance on a $10 million Development Impact Bond for education in India, she also shapes the team’s thinking on the Trust’s innovative financing strategy for the South Asia region. Aditi brings over ten years of experience in multilateral financial institutions (the World Bank), venture philanthropy (Malcolm Gladwell’s Surgo Foundation) and management consulting (Boston Consulting Group) in education, health, climate change and urban development. She has worked in over 15 countries with a focus on creating systemic changes through data driven decision making (at all levels) in emerging markets.
